A complex project on an old ANU residence in Griffith. The project extended the existing double brick residence, relocating downstairs kitchen, laundry and bathroom to new locations within the house. An underground “man cave’ was installed to provide a workshop space as well as a new wing consisting of main bedroom, walk in robe and en-suite with double garage.
This project won the 2012 HIA Award for Renovation/Addition Project Over $650,000
