Griffin Constructions is a Canberra builder specialising in high-quality renovations, and has completed a broad range of construction projects from new houses to the timber work at the National Portrait Gallery.
Griffin Constructions (ACT) Pty Ltd was formed by the amalgamation of Marshall Constructions (Stuart Marshall) and Artisan Constructions (Luke Greenham) in January 2011. Both owners of the new company bring a range of experience and knowledge to the company to provide you with a great team to build your project.
Stuart Marshall – Director
Stuart has worked in the building industry since 1989, working on a diverse range of projects from residential to commercial projects in Sydney from 1997 then returning to Canberra in 2003 to concentrate on residential projects. Stuart is the first person you meet when you decide to start the process. He will do all the upfront work for you: design coordination (if required), job estimation, building approvals and all the project administration throughout the course of the job.
Luke Greenham – Director
Luke Started his building career in Albury in 1995 and moved to Canberra in 2004 and has been working on residential projects throughout that time. His role is the day to day running of your job and you will see him liaising with you more often than not on a daily basis, organizing the sub contractors and staff to achieve the targets we set and finish your job on time, within budget and to our high standard of quality.
At Griffin Constructions we employ 6 carpenters and apprentices who operate in three teams. Each team usually consisting of 1 carpenter and 1 apprentice and will stay on your project from start to finish and are responsible for all aspects of the job. Our subcontractors are all industry professionals and come with a great wealth of practical experience and knowledge that ensures your project is done to the highest standard.
